Dead T7600

A friend gave me a Dell T7600 he rescued from a job he did awhile back, but it won't even POST. I have used a verified working video card and swapped out most of the ram. I can get the fans to spin, but nothing else. Im looking at replacing the motherboard with one from a T7610 as I understand they're better and will fit with minor cable rerouting. Everything I can find online claiming its a T7610 board looks exactly like the T7600 board (from my under standing, the front USB connections are in the center of the board instead of the bottom.) Does anybody have a link to a confirmed T7610 board and preferably some cpus and ram to fit it?
