Dell Precision 3431 - Intel Xeon E-2246G

Hi,

I am looking for a workstation where I can run upto 8 virtual machines with Oracle E-Business Suite, RAC & Dataguard on Linux configured on Oracle VM Virtualbox (learning purposes only). I was thinking of the following configuration:

1. Precision 3431 - Intel Xeon E-2246G,(6 Core HT, 12MB Cache, 3.6GHz, 4.8GHz Turbo w/UHD Graphics 630)  with 64 GB RAM.
2. First Drive - Solid State Drive (SSD) - 512GB PCIe NVMe™ Class 40 M.2 SSD
3. 2nd Hard Drive - 3.5 inch 4TB 5400rpm SATA Hard Disk Drive

Can anyone please suggest if the workstation is suited to run the above mentioned workload and if it doesn't make much noise and the cooling is adequate?
