Dell Precision T5810 and GT1030?

Hi,

I get no Boot or Bios screen.
I understand Dell wants people to buy their proprietary, 15 year old,insanely overpriced **bleep**, but a $50 GT 1030 is faster than any of these cards; is it supported?

I've read of people using a GTX 1070 without problem on their Precisions.
