1. Cooling: You ought to be worried about cooling. The Tesla K20X is a passive card designed for use in a server. It does not have any fans at all and will glow white hot inside the T5600!!
I have two active Tesla K40C cards (with blower type fans) inside my T7910. They run without an issue alongside a K6000, and would strongly recommend that you use something similar. A K20C alongside a K series Quadro perhaps?
2. Drivers: Another issue may be that you will need two different drivers. One for the Quadro 4000, and another for the Tesla K20X. This is not ideal, or even possible! In my case one driver takes care of both.
3. PSU: Do you have enough power to drive the two cards? What about physical connectors?

@RBator There is one other possible issue that I should have mentioned yesterday, and that is:
4. Noise: If a Tesla card becomes stressed, by becoming overheated for example, your system fans will kick in big time! Think of a mini jet engine. Apart from being annoying, this is to be avoided, as it will ensure that your fans will die prematurely.
