Dell T5610 lost memory channel

Hey guys, i got max out dell T5610, i use 2x xeon e5-2667 v2 with 8x 1866mhz ecc ddr3, recently i lost my memory channel 1 & 3 on both CPU, i test the cpu in single mode and test all the ram one by one all good and working. I test the cpu on other x79 board all channel detected, could it be bad electrolytic capacitor? It’s common to that era 2012. Have anyone has similar symmetrical memory channel fails before?
