Dell T5810 GPU upgrade

Hi, currently I am trying to find how I can connect my RTX 2070 Super to my T5810. This should be a simple job however I have found out that I a 6+8 connection and that the dell T5810 use dell specific pins? So I was wondering if anyone knows of adapter solution to convert my 2x dell specific 6 pin PCIe cables to a standard 6 pin and a standard 8 pin? Thanks in advance!
