Hi, I want to upgrade My speed of work station 490 5130 dual processer 8 gb ram by change of latest supporting hardware installation

Best bet is not to invest too much into and save that money for a newer PC.
Best performance gain at this point for your 490 is swap the HDD out for an SSD.
