How to format SSD on 5810T so I can install Linux Centos 7?

The Centos 7 installer errors out with messages about unable to write to disk. I presume it is because the SSD has not been formated. It was also encrypted and was running Windows 7 before.

I tried pressing F12 to access the BIOS. But I do not see any option to format the drive. I do see an option to select RAID. But nothing else.

@thisisalloneword , on newer Dell machines, there is Data Wipe Function option in BIOS.  more information can be viewed here https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000134997/using-the-dell-bios-data-wipe-function-for-optiplex-precision-and-latitude-systems-built-after-november-2015, and here https://dellwindowsreinstallationguide.com/dell-data-wipe-from-dell-uefi-bios-business-model/.  Also third party software like Parted Magic could be used to reset the SSD drive.

Verify the installation process may help https://phoenixnap.com/kb/how-to-install-centos-7.

Think I figured it out. When installing CentOS, there is an option to "reclaim free space" or something from the disk. Then you can go in there and delete all existing partitions..
