Incompatible with secure boot after passing all ePSA tests
I have a Dell Precision Tower 3620, it is little under 2 years old. Now when I try to turn it on a message pops up: Operating System Loader has no signature. Incompatible with Secure boot. I have ran all tests by pressing the F5 key and they were all passed, I got a validation: 101684. When I try to boot the system after running the tests I still get the same messages that is that the operating system loader has no signature. Do you have any suggestions for me?

Reboot and immediately press F2 to open BIOS setup. Find the Secure Boot option and disable it. Don't change anything else in BIOS setup, but save the change to Secure Boot before you exit setup.
When was last time you replaced motherboard battery? The default setting for Secure Boot is enabled. So if it's enabled now, it sounds like the battery might have died. It's a CR2032 3-volt coin cell battery, ~$2 at discount stores, etc.
For future reference, the Precision workstation forum is here.
EDIT: If you disable Secure Boot and PC boots up and then you decide to replace the battery, keep in mind that Secure Boot will revert to being enabled when the battery is removed. So you'll have to disable it again after the new battery is installed.

Hi RoHe.
Thank you for the reply. I disabled the secure boot and now it just hangs on boot.
I have never replaced the motherboard battery and I did not know that the motherboard had a battery to change :)
I will buy a new battery tomorrow to see it that helps.
Thanks for pointing the precision workstation forum out to me.

Do you get any error messages when it hangs after disabling Secure Boot or any beeps from the tower?
If BIOS got reset to the defaults, that might mean something else is still set incorrectly for your hardware. Reboot and watch the power button carefully for amber blink codes which are listed in the troubleshooting section in the Service Manual along with other tips.
Replace the battery first, if nothing else, to rule it out.

You can't take a hard drive randomly from another system and plop into a dell and it works.
Most Common error is stop 7b inaccessable boot device.
However that depends on what the video drivers are.
