Issue with my 7820

Hello,

this time is me having issues and in need of help. Power went down in the building suddenly and upon restoring it, the 7820 now restarts with fans at full speed.

It never reaches the dell logo, the monitor keeps blinking on/off.  

Power button is white, and if I force it to power off, it then restarts
