Issue with my Dell precision T3600.
I have a t 3600 rebuilt for gaming I have amber lights that are 1,3,4. I replaced the graphics card and the power supply still have the lights and it won’t turn on not sure why it won’t turn on does anyone have an idea what I need to replace to get it to turn on?

No it’s not under warranty I just need help
