Need help replacing failed SATA HDD RAID1 on Dell Precision Windows 10 Desktop

One of the HDDs failed.  Want to confirm how to replace it.  I have a replacement HDD, do i simply remove the old one and plug in the new one and restart?  Or do I need to configure it.
