no access to format additional visible drives
: Precision 5820 Tower
We have installed one hard drive (mechanical) that came with the Tower, and then an additional drive (SSD) which we purchased. We can see the drives; but cannot format it.
What could be the issue here? Please, let us know.

Better info on how the drives being connected to the system (where in the flexbay) and the process you use for formatting (os) would help to determine the issue.

Are you using Disk Management in Win10 or 11?
