Precision 3630 keeps asking me to activate the Windows 10

My employer shipped this Precision 3630 to me 3 (?) years ago. It was used as my development machine under Linux OS. I started to use its Windows 10 side recently. The Windows 10 keeps asking me to activate it again and again even after I did that .

For example, I woke up the machine this morning, I saw this:

I tried to activate it from above screen but nowhere to find the entrance. Then I reboot my machine:

Activation entrance, the troubleshoot comes. I activate it:

This is the fourth time to activate it.  If it is not activated, my other personal settings, like microphone will be affected. how to avoid this activation cycle?

This page at Columbia County has some suggestions that may help.

All images are not visible yet.  Maybe a little more info can help with figuring out the issue.  Was Windows preinstalled by Dell?  Using service tag (do not post it here) to check system configuration and verifying what OS this system shipped with.   The issue could be with your employer, if they used volume license which would required kvm server connection every 180 days.

I went to dell's site with my service tag. But I could not find any information about the OS is preinstalled by Dell or not? It seems the machine is refurbished one. The Support Services was expired in January. I should use Windows side earlier. I don't think my employer will use volume license because the company is very small.

Finally I found how to get the machine's original configuration. I think this machine came with preinstalled windows 10 based on the following info:

Great info you provided.  Follow this instructions:

1.  Click on the start button and type CMD and click on Run as Administrator to open elevated Command Prompt (as Admin).
2.  Type the command without quote “slmgr /ipk W269N-WFGWX-YVC9B-4J6C9-T83GX” , hit Enter to install a generic Pro license key to change your Windows version to Pro.
3.  Type the command “slmgr /ato”., hit Enter, to activate your Windows

Restart machine and check activation status.  If not activated, use Windows activation troubleshooter instead.

Does it show Win 10 pro?

Just found the following error information. It seems I cannot use the product key?

Just did what you asked: restart, troubleshooter to activate it. It looks fine now. Hope it will stay. This is the fifth time to activate it.

It seems that Microsoft just added the Pro license from Dell (embedded in BIOS) to you account.  It doesn't get conflicting license as before.

Just test for a few days and close the thread if no issue.
