460w and 850w are similar to standard oem psu for other Dell desktop such as XPS8900/8910 etc
850w psu is modular

The PSU in general, and what Wattage do you need? What part of the world are you located? And lastly do you need a PSU or are you having PSU problems? A little more information would help.
