Update December 29, 2020 =
I see that our onsite engineer had replaced the part and resolved the issue. Also, our support team had called you on 29th and confirmed the same.

Sorry to intrude,
3 cpu failures in so short a time sounds a bit excessive for something (cpu) that should outlive the system.
Overheating ?

Yes, what kind of temps are these CPUs running at?

That many failures in that time frame.... That could have some outside influence. UPS, Power Line Conditioner, inconsistent or fluctuating wall power voltage?

But wouldn't power fluctuations / ups issues and such kill the motherboard and psu way before damaging the cpu ?

Yea I don't know in 40 years of computers I have never seen a CPU failure they all have just become obsolete and replaced. Seem like heat would be the killer mho.
