Precision T1600 Graphics Card Upgrade
I want to upgrade my graphics card to a MSI GEforce RTX 2070 Ventras
Is this compatible with the T1600? It operates at 175watts but requires 550watts do I also need to upgrade my power supply?

The T1600 spec sheet says 75W max for gpu

Yes, your 320w PSU would need replacing. Suggested is EVGA 700BR. That way, you still have 150W 25A combined on the 3.3/5v rails, which is more in line with Dell PSU's.
Any potential bottleneck should be checked. "[CPU] [GPU] bottleneck" in the Google search bar. Then select option that's PC Builds. For example, Xeon e3-1225 rtx 2070 ventras bottleneck. This what came up:

Intel Xeon E3-1225 v3 (Clock speed at 100%) with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER (Clock speed at 100%) x1 will produce 71.81% of bottleneck. Everything over 10% is considered as bottleneck.
While that's just an example, it pays to check. CPU's in somewhat older computers can easily bottleneck more powerful GPU's.
Also, YouTube. "Precision T1600 rtx 2070 YouTube" or just use YouTube. Then you'll see if other users are doing it and what PSU's their running.

I'm sure you know, 75w is max power for PCI-e x16 slot. More than that requires power from PSU.
I think you might've meant "Ventus,".which may be "Ventras" in Spanish.
