Precision T3600 need PCI serial port driver
Can't find a driver for this entry in Device Manager Win 10 home that works. Seems to be related to Intel AMT/SOL? Saw some fixes for older Optiplex models.

HP update SP69506 fixes this. Older Intel AMT version than what Win 10 installs.

I had the same problem, after updating to the latest BIOS it was solved.

Windows update finds the driver after chipset and HECI and SOL drivers from DELL are installed.
