Precision T3620 not upgradeable to Windows 11?

I bought my T3620 back in February 2017. I have upgraded the GPU to an Nvidia 2060 and already running DirectX12. Also verified it has TPM 2.0 running and UEFI Boot also up and running.

Windows 10 Pro with a local user account and the Windows 11 Upgrade tool rules out my computer when I comply the two most important requirements.

Any info on what to expect?

3620 has no issues.

Intel PTT is fine for TPM 2.0 and

Intel Graphics from Haswell 4th Gen 2012 does directx 12

Only Home requires Microsoft account vs Local account.

Thanks for the info but it seems the issue could be the i7-7700 CPU my desktop has.

I think the gloomy news is here.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/design/minimum/supported/windows-11-supported-intel-processors

My Xeon is not on this list either so we are in the same boat.. even after a TPM 2.0 firmware update it seems to be a non-starter for the duration. But who knows, maybe this list will evolve.
