If it has a Perc raid controller installed and the drives are connected to it, you will need to dowload the driver and load it at the early stages of the windows installation.

Could you let us know if a raid card is installed ?

Also check in the bios if all sata ports are enabled

The school probably wiped the drive clean. Boot to your windows installation usb drive or disk. Choose the unallocated drive partition to install windows. Do the same if you installed new drives. Note-You will have to delete everything on any used drive you install.

Ok so :

1) traces of a card being removed ?

2) are there cables not plugged inside ? check around the sas0 / sas1 connectors on the motherboard bottom

Sorry. Win10 has a failsafe that would give the option ( or launch directly ) the recovery mode while booting, if the boot fails enough times.

From there is the usual safe mode boot, or normal boot, or etc

Anyway : other computer is set as uefi or bios ?
This 7600 is set as uefi or bios ? ( you can see it in the bios , F2 )
