Precision T7810 RAM upgrade & blank screen

I recently purchased a refurbished Precision T7810 with 2 x INTEL Xeon E5-2660 v3 & 64 Gig Ram, 4 x 16,  (Brilliant computer) I wanted to add so I purchased 4 X SAMSUNG 16GB DDR4 2666MHz DIMM Desktop Memory PC4-21300, a total of 128G memory, it didn't work, turned on the computer & got nothing, a black screen, I realised that the original 64 G RAM were a different frequency, all good, I took them out & replaced them with the 4 x Samsung sticks, the computer worked well, alot faster, then I purchased 4 X SAMSUNG 32GB DDR4 2666MHz DIMM Desktop Memory PC4-21300, again nothing, computer not work, black screen, I took out the 4 x 16GB & put in the 4 x 32G, again nothing, I do not understand what is going on, I have looked in the config files & it shows nothing, anyone with some advice please ?

My PC works fine with the 4 x Samsung 16GB ram, nothing else can be added, I have 8 Ram slots & running Win 10 Pro.

Is the Samsung memory ECC? Apparently the T7810 can only use that type. See: https://qrl.dell.com/Files/en-us/Html/DellPrecisionT7810/T7810_MemoryPop.html

Factory configured T7810 systems often have smaller, less expensive modules. As more memory is required different density and technologies are needed. DIMM type mixing is never recommended.

Do not mix DIMM types.
8 DIMMs run at the DDR4-2400 bus frequency.

These are Registered LOW Density Parts.

Install DIMMs starting furthest from the processor. If only one processor is installed in a two CPU system, only half of the DIMM slots are available.

@rick4d Hi Rick, did it work for you? Running 128GB on 685W PSU? I have one with 32GB currently, I am thinking of adding 96GB more to it but am confused since I am on 685W PSU.
