RAM INSTALLED 16GB ( 8GB usable only )
I have dell precision T3500 workstation with the processor w3505 and AMD RX570 4GB graphics card the issue I face is the installed ram in my system is 16GB but only 8GB ram is usable I will try to fix it in msconfig setting but this issue is still remains please me

Did you happen to mix ECC and Non-ECC RAM? Also this Dell support page lists compatible RAM configurations and 6GB, 12GB, and 24GB are supported but not 16GB. Possibly another user has had success with 16GB.
