Solution for bluetooth on DELL T5400

Hi there,
I bought WiFi card with BT 5.2 integrated on the card. The installation shows that the card should be put in PCIe port (done and works OK) and the Bluetooth should be connected with a cable to the USB port on the MB, but ..... I can't find any on my Dell T5400 here is the card with the instructions I'm wrong or there is no such port on that MB?

Any idea how to make it works?

That connector is a USB Header plug, which are very common in custom built systems. Because Dell design their motherboards for the systems they're being built into, you don't often find these USB Header plugs (on top of other things like the power supplies not being a standard type).

That said, looking at the Service Manual for this system, it does appear that on Page 28-29 you can see that it has a USB Header connection.

You should be able to use that connector on the motherboard.

When I was suffering on the website, my wifi suddenly went on and off. My phone

was also connected to Bluetooth. After a while, my Bluetooth connection was lost 😑.
