Personally I would not suggest mixing more brands of RAM. You already have 2 brands which seem to work together properly. With that in mind I would either suggest 20GB of the Hynix or 12GB of Kingston. But to be sure the most compatible RAM for Dell systems is from Crucial and that is available here.

Sorry, I wrote down my current Kingston memory, KTH-PL316E/4G, which is currently in the machine, that is, ECC memory.

I thought that I would keep 3 pcs of 4GB Kingston and put 3 pcs of new 4GB memory in the machine. To have 24 GB of Ram.

I heard that you shouldn't mix brands, and to my surprise the Kingston memory has sk hynix memory cells. I think he hasn't had a problem with it so far.
For 3 pcs of Kingston 4GB DDR3 1600Mhz KTH-PL316E/4G memory, I would like to find rams that fit next to it.

In the case of Crucial memory, new RAM is required in all 6 slots. So I would leave this option for last.
