T3600 and RTX3050 entering BIOS problem

Hi, I recently installed an RTX 3050 into my Dell Precision T3600 workstation. After the upgrade, I've run into an issue where I can no longer access the BIOS/UEFI setup.

When I press F2 during boot, the screen just goes black. The CPU fan also spins up loudly, sounding like it's under a heavy load (similar to when rendering). The system only proceeds to the Windows login screen if I don't press any keys.

The problem seems specific to the new GPU. When I swap back to my old Quadro card, I can enter the BIOS without any issues.

Has anyone encountered this before? What can I do to solve this problem? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
