T7600 - need help on SSD drives state issue, or clean install Windows 7/10

I'm not a technical expert, and my apologies for the poor english.

I recently upgraded my T7600 from Win7 to Win10, the system became quite unstable with 'blue screen' error. After restart the system cannot boot into Windows (with the BOOTMGR IS MISSING error). Got into the PERC H310 config and realised one of the SSD drives (RAID 0) was in 'foreign' state, I tried the 'import' option, the drive became 'Online' state, restart and managed to get into Windows but soon later, the 'blue screen' error and the same SSD drive in 'foreign' state again. After several same attempts with the 'import' option, I tried the 'clear' option hoping to fix the persistent 'foreign' state problem, it proceeds with creating new VD, restart and I no longer able to boot into the Windows, with the BOOTMGR IS MISSING error.

Not sure is it still possible to fix the above problem and boot into the existing Windows? Otherwise, is there any advice on clean install the Windows (without Dell's drivers CD)? Also if clean install is a must, can I use the SSD drives without RAID?
