If you've removed the PERC card, you'll probably need to change the settings in BIOS/setup (keep tapping the F2 key at start-up)
Under System Configuration, check the settings for Drives and SAS Operation and under General, check the Boot Sequence and uncheck any entries that aren't relevant.
