T7810 Wired Ethernet very slow

I have a T7810 running Win 10 that I'm using as a home lab machine.  Network adapter is Intel I217-LM. Current Driver is 12.18.9.10 and the best drivers are already installed per Device Manager.  There are newer drivers on the Microsoft Update Catalog (12.19.2.45) and on the Intel site for the I217-LM.

I have Gigabit FIOS and the machine is plugged directly into the router.  A Mac Mini plugged into the router gets almost GB download speeds while the T7810 gets less than 50MB/s.

Changed the Speed & Duplex advanced setting from AutoNegotiation to 1.0 GB Full Duplex but that had no effect.

Any suggestions??  Thanks in advance.

I doubt you have it installed but by any chance do you have Smartbyte installed and running?

Bug in the Fios firmware.  De-activate IPv6 on the Intel card by simply unchecking it under the adapter's properties.  Its been a nightmare.

Thanks - that helped.  Getting 800+ Mbps download and 500+ Mbps on the Speedtest app.  Still not quite as fast as the Mac Mini but way better than before.  Thanks a bunch!
