Yes, it does. Precision 7820 has 2 PCIe (6+2) power cables for GPUs. However, the maximum power support will depend on how many processors the system has. See graphics options for the 7820 below.

Hello,
if your question is if it has 2 cables to power a gpu, the answer is yes ( depending on the factory setup, can be 6pin 6pin or 6pin 8pin usually )
