Before any of our users can assist, you need to reply back with the specific Dell computer model.

Not sure if this is AI bot training or not.

Use Rufus to bypass CPU and TPM checks.  Or update to a newer used/refurb PC from ebay.

Couple more options:  1. Pay Microsoft for extended security for one year for Win10.  2. Use your own security software like McAfee.  I suggest avoiding Norton because it still slows down PC's to this day ever since WinXP.  That's as far back I know of it.

@08t7jgk

In order to run the latest version of W11 (currently 25H2), your PC's processor must support SSE 4.2.

If it does not, Windows 11 will crash if you try an in-place upgrade using one of the several W11 hardware bypass check methods to upgrade and if you are trying to boot from W11 25H2 installation media on a PC where the processor does not support SSE 4.2, it will not boot from the installation media.

I used this easy method in the video below to do in-place upgrades from W10>W11 on several Dell and HP PC's that have processors that support SSE 4.2 and it worked fine on all of them.
