Upgrade memory on Dell Precision T3610

Hi all.

I would like to upgrade my Dell Precision T3610 with DDR3 32GB Kit (4x8GB) 1866MHz PC3-14900 Dimm Non-ECC Unbuffered 1.5V 2Rx8 Dual Rank 240 Pin CL13.

Are these memories compatible with the server?

What is the correct configuration?

Currently, 1600MHz DIMMs Non-ECC (4x2GB) are mounted for a total of 8GB of RAM.
