Wake and LAN and modern standby (Precision 3460)

Good morning,

I can't get wake on LAN to work on a Precision 3460.

By default, the pc is configured for modern stanby (network connected) :

I did a lot of research and tried a lot of configuration but nothing works, the network card always turns off when the PC goes to sleep.

In addition, many power settings are missing: power management tab in device manager, Networking connectivity in Standby, ...

The BIOS is configured like this :

Thank you in advance for your help.

I would add that I also disabled fast startup.

I tried this solution (https://www.dell.com/community/Precision-Fixed-Workstations/Precision-3660-WOL-does-not-work/td-p/8235618), it disables modern standby fine and brings up the power management tab but the Windows standby button disappears and the network card keeps shutting down during standby.

PS : I use Google Translate and apologize for the bad translation, I hope it's understandable and I can switch Windows to English if needed.

We have the same issue on Precision 3660: the LAN is disconnected when the workstation goes on standby even though the power configuration reports that "Connected StandBy is available" and there seems to be no way of disabling standby.

We have the same issue on our Precision 3460 workstations but WOL works just fine on our Precision 3450 workstations.  Did you ever find a solution?
