Dell Precision 5760 issues - I can't take this anymore!

I've been having issues since day 1 using this laptop (Dell Precision 5760). The first issue was bluetooth mouse/keyboard lagg. After countless of hours of messaging back and forth with Dell support, I've been notified by @DELL-Cares that Dell engineers will fix the issue in the next BIOS update, which nobody knows when it's going to be released.

Another issue i'm having which is driving me nuts is the laptop would randomly crash when it's on sleep mode. I face this issue more often when the laptop is connected to a docking station (WD19). When I finish work and put the laptop to sleep I notice it would randomly wake up at night and go back to sleep again. After a few hours the laptop would randomly crash and display the blue screen where it starts a hardware test (it always passes the test).

I just don't get why the laptop keeps crashing on sleep mode?? the issues has been causing me endless frustrations and i'm furious about Dell incomptetence dealing with those issues.

Any update on this issue? It's becoming quite frustrating as I often find myself carrying an overheating laptop in my backpack or try to work on it, only to realize that it has been on for too long and the battery has died.

I've also tried tons of changes found in google and on this forum (settings on BIOS, mouse properties to prevent from waking up, etc...)

It appears that this issue has persisted for years without a resolution. I don't believe that a private message will be effective finding a solution. I prefer to continue to monitor this thread for any updates.

I'm exactly on the same page, plus usually my Precision 7540 wakes up after connecting the dock station (which is unplugged from the power outlet), or sometimes just after unplugging the dock from the laptop.

Very annoying and extremely bad for the battery life.

The docking station issue can be solved in BIOS settings, someone commented here, and it worked for me.

But the mouse movement or keyboard wake are still the biggest issues.

Dell Precision 5760 is the worst Notebook i ever bought. I regret every single euro i spend to this pc. I own it for one Year and i have replaced all parts - 6 times stoped working - If you own this notebook you have to carry one more in case it doesnt open. Total Fraud .

I have two Dell 9510 laptops intel gen11 high performance. They will not stay in full sleep and when I carry one of them in my bag to go to and from work the entire computer heats up to well over 110 F.

That is NOT low power and I am sure it is affecting the life of the motherboard and the M2 NVRAM.

It is unacceptable for Dell to continue to ignore this issue and say it is normal and/or Microsoft's issue.

I have been a loyal Dell laptop customer for 7 years and I will switch to MSI or HP and my company will too - with over 150 employees - if this issue is not addressed soon.
