If you already ran advanced memory diagnostic test with no error, the alert probably was for one time error detection while system tried to keep up with a long duration in hibernation.

Hi,

very same Issue here with my 7680  i7-13850HX RAM 32.0 GB. No issue found with BIOS memory test or other test like Memtest86, but I'm able to reproduce the issue using Memory testing on Dell support site. During the testing the laptop freezes and the only way is a manual powercycle.

Do you have the latest BIOS, 1.15.0 update installed, which fixes Intel's power issues with their 13th and 14th Gen CPUs?

Safest way to update BIOS is to follow the Installation Instructions for Updating the BIOS from BIOS Boot Menu (independent of operating system) shown at that link.
