Goodix Fingerprint sensor not working

Question

Hi all,

After re-imaging my laptop, fingerprint sensor does not work. I cannot setup my fingerprint as an option to login. Its stuck at 'touch the Fingerprint sensor' screen. It does not throw an error as well and in Device manager, it shows that device is working properly.

My device is Dell Precision 5540.

I also uninstalled and installed the driver but nothing changed. Any help would be great.

dell.precision-user,   Have you installed all the drivers after reimaging your system? Click the video for information setting up the fingerprint reader. I have the same problem, but I can't access the video. I don't have the correct sign in credentials.
