Hello.  I'm going to try this forum one more time .

I have a Dell M4800 laptop. I also have an M6800 that works without issue. 

I'm trying to load Windows 7.64bit on this computer. It loads fine but I unable to go any further with it. This unit is practically new. When I try to load the drivers (the Dell drivers) I get a 'kernel32' error on every driver I try to install. I've tried 3 different hard drives.. all the same. I can find no answers. Is it the computer itself causing this issue? 

Also, I was curious why Dell has no support for WIN10 on the M4800??
