Hello!

I am having an issue with turning on a Dell Precision 5510.

One time the laptop just turned on and never came back again...
There are no LED indicators by the power button, there's only one by the battery lvl on the side of the laptop.
When the charger is plugged in by the USB-C, it's just blinking white real quick. 

What could cause the problem?

Is it possible to turn on the laptop without the power cord plugged in to the motherboard (using just the USB-C)?
