Precision 5550 touchpad gestures not working

Hi,

I recently got a Precision 5550 and I noticed the gestures don't work on the touchpad (running on Windows 10 Pro). Device manager was reporting no issues with the mouse or any other devices so I went to the Dell Support Site, autodetected my laptop and installed the "Intel Serial IO Driver". After I installed it, I get a "I2C HID Device" with an exclamation mark and "Code 10". Any ideas on how I can get the gestures running?
