@dsk96m , yes it does.  Be sure to get the M.2 NVME SSD type.

When considering a computer I like to download the various manuals, including the maintenance and configuration/setup manuals. Both documents describe the valid drive configurations.

The information you seek also appears on Dell's "Precision 7760 Setup and specifications" Web page:

Your computer supports one of the following configurations: ... A combination of three M.2 solid-state drives (one M.2 2280 and/or two M.2 2230 or M.2 2280).

The 7760 Service Manual outlines how to remove and install an SSD in slots 3, 4, and 5 starting on page 31 ("Installing the primary M.2 SSD module").

I also discovered a Knowledge Base article titled, "Precision 7760: Teardown Removal Guide for Customer Replaceable Units" that might be helpful. This article contains a photo that highlights the locations of SSD slots 3, 4, and 5.

Note that to add a drive you'll need not only the drive, but also the heat sink. If you're simply replacing a drive you can reuse the factory heat sink.

I can't figure or find where or how to add the second drive.  The manual really doesn't say
