Precision 7760 Multiple issues

I am experiencing multiple issues with my Dell Precision which I have had for less than one month and wanted to reach out to see if anyone else was experiencing any similar issues or knew the solutions.
Specs for the Precision 7760 in question:
Xeon 8 core processor
128 GB ECC Ram
Nvidia A5000
The display was one of the two 4k 120Hz displays. I believe it was the WWAN/WLAN Capable model though, but I could verify if needed.
6 cell 95Whr long life cycle battery

My first question is, what type of battery life would be expected running low-impact programs such as Microsoft word or just surfing the internet? I knew that running intensive modeling software would likely require being tethered to a power supply, but I felt that the 2 hours I get is somewhat low whenever just typing a paper or performing research.

Secondly, I am noticing that the speakers will make a crackling or popping noise every once in a while whenever watching a video. I know it is not an issue with the videos themselves because I can go over the same spot where the sound was without hearing it the second time.

The last, and most critical issue is that upon startup, I can see the dell logo, but whenever it gets to the sign-in screen, about half the time I see nothing. The display is backlit with black. After 30 seconds or so the black light will go off until you drag the cursor or hit a key. This issue has gotten worse and can now happen after completing the sign-in, and once occurred in the middle of watching a college lecture. All of the drivers were up to date as of yesterday (1/19/2022) as well as the Bios.

Any information or solutions are greatly appreciated.

Did you manage to solve your laptop problems?
Did Dell support contact you?
Did Dell experts try to help you?

I found a link for a temporary fix for the speaker pop . . . https://www.dell.com/community/Laptops-General-Read-Only/Speakers-popping-on-Inspiron-15-7567/m-p/5155487/highlight/true#M929649

I've had to re-do this a few times after re-start, but most of the time, it stays set, and that annoying pop sound goes away. Not perfect, but it'll do for now.

I tried the workaround by muting the Stereo Mix recording device as describe in the link from @TPN Maine

That temporary solution works for now. At least, I am not hearing any popping, hissing, cracking sounds anymore.

Meanwhile, I ordered a USB DAC to bypass the Realtek drivers since I do not have administrative privileges on my corporate laptop to change/update drivers.

1st: sounds like a graphics card issue. there is a setting in the bios to turn on hybrid mode for your graphics card. i would turn this off. some times the computer gets confused trying to use the integrated or the discrete card and just does nothing.

2nd: just updating to the latest graphics driver can also be an issue. i run CAD and rendering software and using the original graphics card driver seems best for me. it all depends on what your settings are really. I have had that issue on multiple different machines over the years and its ALWAYS which driver you have installed and what settings are on, in the bios.

My setup:

Precision 7760

Nvidia A5000 graphics card

Xeon W11955M 2.6 GHz cpu

128 GB ddr4 RAM
