Precision Workstation
I spent a LOT of money for a Precision 5480 laptop in December 2024. It has been the worst performing computer I've ever purchased. Is anyone else having Windows issues? I've had to reinstall Windows (at direction of Dell Support) 4x. I've had the mutiple parts replaced--including the battery. The current battery is now giving me 2 hours of life, and I'm told I need to replace the battery again. Adding insult to injury, my computer does not even show up in the Dell Trade-In site.
Is there a way to contact Dell to file a complaint? I can't find anything or anyway.

You can also contact Dell support from this website: https://www.dell.com/en-us/lp/contact-us
Note that some options may be unavailable based on if you have a warranty or not, and what kind of warranty you have. You can go to https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us to check your warranty status. Type in your Service Tag (serial number) to find warranty info. It is usually on the underside of the laptop on a sticker with a bunch of other information. It is proceeded by "ST:"
