I had a message of 016-317 and with an advice I reloaded the update firmware. While it was loading in the middle of it on the printer screen a message appeared which was saying "restart printer, contact support... if message returns, 116-364" This time it was a different message. I have checked ESS Errors and software issues and so on, clearing spooling and forth, I could not get rid of the message, do you know what would it be?Thanks.
