1320c printer horizontal lines error.

My 1320c sat for a year and a half in my living room before I was able to use it again. After being installed, it would print, but there were fine, horizontal lines of each color on the paper repeated over and over again as if the transfer rollers had a dirty spots. The lines are very straight and fixed to the paper.

The plastic sheet on the front door of the printer also has toner lines across it. Sometimes there is a great deal of toner on it when I open the door.

I too apart the printer, but can find no built up toner nor any leaks of toner. It all seems to be Okay visually, but it keeps putting those lines on EVERY print.

Is there a way to clean this? I'd hate to have to get a new one when this works so well in every other way.
