1730c USB not working on Mac OS X Snow Leopard (Rosetta Installed)

Anyone else having issues  with this printer and Snow Leopard?

I can't get it to work, and yes, Rosetta is installed.

Thanks for any advice

OK. The problem was that the paper wasn't shifted all the way forward. The blue tab needs to be pushed all the way back. It would be helpful if the printer or the print driver gave some sort of indication that something wasn't right in dodge though. I mean really, the light was steady on, and the job was leaving the queue, just no activity was happenning. Once I reseated the paper and restarted the printer, all was well.

No thanks to Dell Tech support I managed to figure this one out. After fighting with them for 20 minutes to prove their own driver notes said it was 10.6 compatible, they eventually said they would need to get their "apple tech expert" on the phone. FYI, when Dell tells you they are forwarding you to their "apple tech expert," they actually sending you to AppleCare from Apple. They do not have a "apple tech expert" on staff. Of course you know Apple will simply send you back to Dell and the ping pong battle will commence.

Other than annoyed that Dell Tech support couldn't diagnose their own issues, the printer works nicely.

Glad to hear you got her runnin'......

For my own education, can you please double check the model number in your post. I'm familiar with all dell lasers, and I've never heard of the "1730c".

OK... it's doing it again and this time it's not the paper tray. Job clears queue, printer spins a bit, lights flash. Nothing prints. light goes steady on.

The error_log shows the following when printing a single page out of firefox:

What's the Specify the correct ID and Password::15513, current level=ERROR all about?!?!
