2330d prints gibberish on startup

We're having a problem with our 2330d where after it's been turned on in the morning, the first print is gibberish on a lot of pages. When we turn it off and on again everything is fine. We'd like to do away with the gibberish at start and just print right. Does anyone know how to fix this?  Thanks.
