2330dn - not printing to correct tray when using MS Outlook

We have several 2330dn printers in the office all set up as local printers to specific user computers.  Recently one of these printers stopped pulling from the default tray which we have set as Tray 2 (the optional 550 page tray) and instead is pulling from tray 1.  It does this even with the default settings set as tray 2 for everything and even if when we go to print from Outlook and set that print window to tray 2.

Anybody have any suggestions?? I noticed Dell has not really answered anybody's questions on the forum here regarding similar issue when I did a search.
