3115cn -- changing subject line in emailed documents

I haven't been able to figure out how to change the subject line that comes through in emails that are sent directly from the 3115cn -- currently it says something like "scan data from DELL 3115cn" and I would like to change that to something else like "scan from {my name}" or something -- can someone tell me how to do that? Thanks!
