5150 Lexmark/Dell printer problem

Is this a Dell branded printer or a Lexmark branded printer? I don't see a Dell 5150 ink jet printer. 

If it's a Lexmark, check the Lexmark support site to see what that code is. 

On Dell's if you install a new cartridge and the printer does not recognize it, it will have a plain english error such as "install cartridge".  IF the error code you have is equivalent to that it means the new cartridge is defective and you need to return it to where you purchased it and either get another new one or a refund.
