942 AIO not printing yellow

I have a XPS Gen5 and a 942 AIO.  I replaced the cartridges and now the yellow won't print.  I've tried cleaning, aligning.  I've even taken the cartridges I had just bought back to Staples for replacements thinking the yellow wasn't filled.  I know this one has yellow ink.  Is there anything I can do?  My system is up to date, both printer and windows xp.
