I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in your 962 dell printer.  From what i'm seeing on the internet, i'm not the only one.  We have replaced the right color cartridge twice and after phoning for support/help was told to go purchase yet another one.  how many times does one have to keep hitting our head against the wall before we realize it hurts?  It's not the cartridge!  Or if it is, then are all your cartridges defective?  We will NEVER buy a dell printer again.  It is going to be cheaper to buy a new printer (not a dell) than to continue buying new cartridges.  Anyone find a solution to this problem?
